This policy describes how Blackburn Management Systems, Inc. (“BMS”, “we”), which operates the Mt. Hood Cabin Stays vacation cabins, handles information collected through mthood-cabins.com, bookings, guest communications, and our crew operations.

Information we collect

Guest contact and booking details you provide when you inquire or book (name, email, phone, stay dates), and, for our cleaning and maintenance crew, name, mobile number, language preference and SMS consent choice. Basic technical data (such as browser type) may be logged by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, manage reservations, send guests booking confirmations, check-in details and replies, operate the cabins, schedule cleaning and maintenance, and send crew members the operational text messages they opted in to.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, booking platforms, payment processors, and our messaging provider) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / text messaging

Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for guest messages and BMS Ops crew alerts are used only to send those messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
